Since this is my first blog post, I’m going to make this simple.

Who am I? I’m La Guera Loca, known and accepted in the Latino communities Nationally and specifically the Pacific Northwest where I now work in a market that will be 85%hispanic in 5 years!(as a honorary Latina) . The person you call when your client says “buy Hispanic” but you don’t know what that means. The person you talk to when its not just numbers or CPP, but real growth and above average metrics, and return on investment.

I grew up as a minority in Mew Mexico in the 70’s eventually made my way to the Northwest by 1998, and have been a witness to the “Cultural Shift”.

So many books have been written, even by Hispanics themselves in the marketing industry, but they all tend to be slanted from a Hispanic view they don’t tell the whole story, or dig deep enough for you to understand what is important. A book can’t do it, you need to be fed information each day, on the reality of how Hispanics think.

The truth is, they don’t like us very much, and we have given them enormous reasons. I am in a unique position to give you insights into the Cultural shift (which will be huge, and is coming fast),  from the General Market perspective. To ease you onto the changing America, and to be able to teach you what really works, and what doesn’t.

Many people will not agree with me blogging, when I don’t even speak proper Spanish. But I’m here to tell you, you don’t have to, you just have to join the community and know who they are. You have to care about their existence, and go at it from a perspective of actually joining the community.

I have been a bridge to the mostly Mexican communities of the Pacific Northwest for government, political,  national, and local clients for a very long time. In 5 years (a very short time), our United States is going to have its own shift in consumerism will change the realities of everyone. Are you ready?

Subscribe, and I will let you know, what I have learned.
